Zucchini Sour Cream and Cheese Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

4 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1 garlic clove; minced
1/2 c of grated cheese (Monterey Jack)
1/2 c of sourcream
2 Tbsps of chopped basil (fresh)
1/2 c of finely-chopped onions (green)
1 pound of trimmed zucchini; sliced into 1/8 inch thick
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven (350 degrees F). Grease one 8×8″ bake dish.

Have 1 Tbsp butter melted in large fry pan placed over mid-heat. Add garlic & onions, saute ’til onions become translucent. Transfer them into large-sized bowl.

You melt extra butter in fry-pan placed over mid-heat. Add your zucchini then cook, frequently stir ’til moisture evaporated & zucchini becomes tender. You transfer this into processor & pulse ’til smoothened.

You add rest of your ingredients then pulse. Add onions in & pulse again.Pour mixture into greased bake dish and bake it for about 30 mins ’til golden lightly.
