Tomato Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
12 pcs of eggs (hard boiled); peeled
1/4 c of mayonnaise (sugar free)
1 pc of tomato (plum); peeled, seeded then chopped
1/2 Tbsp of tomato paste
1/4 tsp of curry (powder)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
Instructions:
Cut the eggs into half. Get the yolks and place on a processor; add tomato, mayonnaise, paste, salt, pepper, and curry. Process till blended well. Fill the mixture onto the whites. Place inside the refrigerator, covered, till well-chilled.
