Thai Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs pork-chops (1 1/4-inch thick)
A tsp of lemon zest; grated
4 pcs cloves of garlic; minced
1/4 c of ginger root; grated
1 Tbsp powdered chili
3 Tbsps of water
Half a tsp chiles (red); crushed
Half a tsp of coriander (ground)
Half a tsp pepper (black)
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into a food processor except the pork-chops. Blend ’til smooth then spread 2 tsps of the paste over every chop making sure all sides are covered. Cover the chops then chill about 2 – 24 hrs.
Prepare medium hot fire in covered kettle style grill. Grill the chops direct on the coals about 7 – 8 mins each side. Then, immediately serve. Serves 4 each containing 252 Cal, 4 Carbohydrates.
