Teriyaki Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:
3/8 c of soya sauce
2 tsps of Splenda
1 3/4 Tbsps of sherry (dry)
1 1/4 tsps of pepper (black, ground)
1/2 c of canola oil
A tsp of powdered garlic
4 pcs of pork-chops (boneless, 6 oz)

Instructions:

Combine the first six ingredients into a mixing bowl. Then, arrange the chops into one layer inside a baking dish (shallow). Add the marinade then turn the chops so marinade will coat.
Then, cover the baking dish and refrigerate for 4 hrs or more.

Discard the marinade. Next, preheat the oven (200 degrees C or 400 degrees F). Bake for 15 mins or ’til pork becomes nicely brown and the meat temperature becomes 155 – 160 degrees F or 75 – 80 degrees C when a thermometer is used. Each serving contains 529 calories and 3 carbs.
