Swiss Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of butter (unsalted)
4 ounces of cheese (Gruyere); sliced thinly
4 pieces of eggs (large)
1/4 cup of cream (heavy)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper (black)
1/2 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Melt the butter on a dish then line thin slices of cheese. Break eggs onto dish, neatly. Season salt & pepper on the cream; slowly pour onto eggs then sprinkle Parmesan.
Bake (350 degrees F) for ten mins. Let its top brown under a broiler if needed.
