Sugar Plums Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 pound of creamcheese at room-temp
4 packs of sugar-free strawberry-flavored Jell-O packs (11 gms)
1 & 1/2 c of desiccated long shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1/4 c of butter (unsalted) at room-temp
24 cloves (whole)

Instructions:

Beat together creamcheese & butter ’til smoothened. Beat 3 packs Jell-O in ’til blended well. Stir coconut in.

You sprinkle remaining Jello-O into plate. Shape tablespoonfuls of butter-mixture into small balls then roll them in Jell-O.

Stick one clove right into every ball.
