Spiced Almonds Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of egg white
4 c of almonds
2 Tbsps of water
3/4 c of sweetener (Splenda)
1/2 tsp of cloves (ground)
1/4 tsp of nutmeg (ground)
1-1/4 tsps of cinnamon (ground)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (250 degrees F). Combine white of egg and water; beat thoroughly then add the nuts. Stir till moist and drain well. Combine sweetener, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon; mix thoroughly then add the nuts.

Stir thoroughly till well-coated. Spread the nuts onto a slightly greased cookie sheet. Place inside preheated oven and bake them for 25-30 mins, while occasionally stirring.

Let it cool thoroughly then store inside airtight jar.
