Spanish Baked Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
8 pcs of eggs (large)
1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
2 tsps of butter (or margarine)
4 oz of chiles (green); chopped
3/8 c of milk
1/16 tsp of tomato sauce (khup)
1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
Chili sauce (or taco sauce)
1/4 tsp of pepper
Tomato slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
Place butter on an 8-inch square pan and melt inside the oven at 350 degrees F. Shake the pan, letting the butter distribute evenly. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, and milk; beat them gently and pour onto the pan. Place inside the oven and bake for ten mins till eggs are set.
Sprinkle chiles and cheese. Break the mixture and bake again; repeat this for several repetitions till reached desired cooking. Serve hot with (tomato) sauce and chili (sauce). Garnish it with the tomato slices.
