South Seas Pork Roast Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of boneless pork (shoulder roast)
1 Tbsp of mustard (dry)
1/2 c of soya sauce
A tsp of thyme
A tsp of ginger
2 cloves of garlic; minced
1/2 c of sherry (dry)
Instructions:
Put pork inside a plastic clear bag and set inside one deep mixing bowl. Blend sherry, garlic, soya sauce, ginger, thyme, and mustard together; mix thoroughly. Pour the marinade on the meat inside the bag and close.
Next, refrigerate pork then marinate overnight or at least 2 – 3 hrs. Then, transfer pork and the marinade in crockpot. With cover, cook over high heat for 3 1/2 – 4 hrs. Serves 6; each serving contains: Calories – 47, Carbs – 5.
