SCheesy Sausage Bake Recipe

Ingredients;

1 tsp of butter (unsalted)
8 oz of sausage (pork); crumbled
1 lb of mushrooms; wiped clean, stemmed then sliced thinly
Pepper (black, freshly ground)
3 oz of cream cheese; softened
1/2 lb of cheese (Ricotta); at room temperature
1/2 c of flour (gluten)
1 Tbsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 tsp of salt
9 pcs of eggs (large); beaten
1/2 lb of grated cheese (Monterey Jack)
1/4 lb of grated cheese (Sharp Cheddar)
1 c of scallions, green part only; chopped

Instructions:

Butter one large (rectangular) pan. Brown sausage on the skillet above moderate heat for 4-6 mins. Add in mushrooms; saute till wilted, at about 3-4 mins. Season it with pepper then take out from the heat; let it slightly cool.

Combine Ricotta and cream cheese inside a bowl; mix them well then add salt, Calumet, and flour. Stir thoroughly then add eggs individually; mix till incorporated well. Add sausage mixture, scallions, and cheeses; stir thoroughly and pour onto the pan. Place inside the refrigerator, covered, for 12 hrs or overnight.

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Place the pan inside preheated oven; bake it for 45 mins. Let it cool, about five mins then serve at once.
