Salmon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of cream cheese
1/4 lb of lox
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
1 Tbsp of capers
Instructions:
Combine the (cream) cheese, capers, and juice; blend thoroughly. Spread onto slices of salmon. Roll them up and place inside the refrigerator till chilled.
Slice into bite-size pieces. Serve at once.
