Ricotta Frittata Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of eggs (large)
3/4 tsp of salt
Pepper (white, freshly milled)
1 c of cheese (Ricotta)
1/4 c of cheese (Parmesan, freshly grated)
1-1/2 Tbsps of marjoram; chopped
1 pc of garlic clove (small); crushed
2 Tbsps of mixed olive oil & melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat the broiler. Place the eggs on a bowl; beat thoroughly then add salt & pepper. Add marjoram, garlic, and cheeses; stir thoroughly. Heat butter and oil on a skillet then add the mixture of egg.
Lower down the heat and cook for 12 mins till set. Place under the broiler, about 4 to 6 inches away from the heat. Once done, serve at once.
