Portabello Mushrooms with Brie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of mushrooms (Portabello)
1 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1 pc clove of garlic
1 Tbsp of sherry
3/4 c of cheese (Brie)
2 Tbsps of pesto (sauce)
Instructions:
Saute the mushrooms lightly on butter, garlic, and sherry above moderate heat; stir occasionally. Drain on the paper towel(s). Cut the brie to twelve pieces then place them inside the mushrooms and add half a tablespoon of pesto above each.
Broil till cheese has melted. Serve at once.
