Portabello Mushroom Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of mushroom (Portabello, 3 oz); stemmed
Cooking spray (garlic oil)
1 Tbsp of tomato sauce (low carb, Rao’s)
2 Tbsps of shredded cheese (Mozzarella)
Instructions:
Heat the oven at 425 degrees F. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with damp paper towels. Coat each side of the mushrooms the garlic-oil spray. Arrange them on foil-lined cooking sheet.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for half an hour till tender; turn once after 15 mins. Increase the heat into broil. Place (tomato) sauce then cheese on top of the mushroom. Cook for a min till cheese is bubbly and melting.
