Pork Filletino Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of pork tenderloin (8-10 ozs)
8 Tbsps of EVOO
4 Tbsps of rosemary; freshly chopped
4 Tbsps of minced garlic
1/2 tsp of salt
Store-bought Demi-glace veal (optional)
1/2 tsp of pepper (black)
Instructions:
First, sprinkle the tenderloin w/ pepper and salt all throughout. Brush w/ garlic, parsley, EVOO and rosemary. Marinate for approximately 2 hrs. Cook ’til meat temperature becomes 165 degrees F.
Then, serve w/ demi-glaced veal or roasted potatoes when desired. Each serving has carb traces; serves 4.
