Peking Ribs (Crockpot) Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps of Steel’s Gourmet Jam Variety Pack (whatever flavor)
1/4 c of soya sauce
1 pack of sweetener
4 lbs of spareribs (country-style)
3 Tbsps of BBQ sauce (Atkins Quick Quisine)
4 cloves of garlic; chopped finely
Instructions:
Inside a small-sized bowl, blend jam, BBQ sauce, soya sauce, sweetener and garlic. Brush ribs w/ mixture all throughout. Then, place the ribs into a slow-cooker and pour the last of the sauce on top of the ribs. Cook with cover over low heat for 8 hrs.
Makes 6 servings. Each serving contains 3 g of Carbohydrates. Best when served w/ coleslaw.
