Parmesan Cheese Puffs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
Veggie oil (for deep-frying)
2 pcs of egg whites (large)
Instructions:
Place the egg whites inside a mixing bowl then let it stand (at room temperature) for 15 mins. Beat thoroughly till its peaks become stiff. Fold cayenne and parmesan into the mixture. Roll the mixture to 20 balls, about 3/4 inch.
Heat oil, about an inch on a kettle to 375 degrees F. Fry the balls, by batches, till golden or for 2 mins. Place on paper towel(s) to absorb excess oil.
