Mushroom Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

12 ounces of mushrooms (fresh)
1/4 c of butter
1/3 c of thick cream
2 eggyolks (large)
1/4 c of onions; chopped
Mixed seasoning herbs
1 egg (large)
1 c of grated cheese (Swiss)

Instructions:

Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a bake dish w/ butter.

Saute the onions & mushroom in small skillet w/ butter. You then add your herbs. Continue cooking for 4 more mins.

Separately combine egg, eggyolks & cream in mixing bowl. Sprinkle your swiss-cheese over bottom-part of dish. Place mushroom mix above then you pour over your cream & egg mix.

Have it baked for 30 mins ’til bubbly & browned.
