Maple Buttercreams Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 pound of butter (unsalted)
1/2 c of Keto Maple-syrup
1 pack of gelatin (unflavored)
1 c of thick whipped cream
1 Tbsp of artificial sweetener
Instructions:
Have the butter melted on mid-heat, you add the cream, sweetener & syrup. Beat it continuosly using your wire whisk. Once it thickens, perform following procedures for 5 mins: boil slightly, remove it from heat, then whisk and repeat.
You remove it from heat for a minute then sprinkle w/ gelatin on top.Whisk then heat it again ’til near boiling.
Cool at room-temp then spoon it into small candy shapes or mini-muffin tins. Have it covered & refrigerated.
