Low Carb Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of powdered protein
1/8 c of gluten (vital wheat)
1 Tbsp of flour (soy)
1/16 tsp of fine salt
1 pc of egg (large)
1/8 c of water
Instructions:
Combine protein powder, gluten, flour, and salt inside a bowl. Combine water and egg; beat them lightly then add to the dry mixture. Incorporate well. Roll the dough thinly then cut to strips, same as fettuccini.
Boil water then add salt and oil. Drop the pasta and cook till ‘al dente’. Drain.
