Low Carb Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of eggs (extra large)
1/2 c of flour (soy)
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of additional flour (soy)
1-1/2 tsps of salt (additional)
12 c of water
Instructions:
Beat the eggs vigorously then add flour with salt; mix thoroughly. Transfer dough onto a well-soy floured surface. Roll till thinned, dry, and well-coated with flour.
Starting with its narrow side or end, carefully fold it over, at about 2-inches then continue to turn like the jellyroll till it becomes thick, about 3-inches. Cut to desired thickness or size then carefully unroll and place them on parchment paper, keep them flat.
Boil water then add small amount oil and little salt. Cook the pasta till ‘al dente’. Drain.
