India Spiced Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of butter
1 tsp of cumin (ground)
1/2 tsp of ginger (ground)
1 head of cauliflower (medium); separate it into florets
Pepper
Salt
1 Tbsp of oil (canola)
1/2 tsp of coriander (ground)
1 finely-chopped tomato (small)
Instructions:
Have butter melted in skillet placed over mid-heat together w/ the oil. You add the ginger, cumin & coriander. Cook for 1 min ’til fragrant.
You add the florets of cauliflower & tomato into skillet. Mix gently ’til cauliflower becomes coated evenly w/ mixture. Then add one-fourth cup of water.
Cook w/ cover for 20 mins ’til cauliflower becomes tender. Dust w/ pepper & salt as necessary.
