Honey Garlic Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
12 pcs of pork chops (boneless, center-cut, 6oz each)
3/4 c of juice (lemon)
1/4 c of honey (pure)
6 Tbsps of soy (sauce)
3 Tbsps of sherry (dry)
6 pcs of garlic cloves; minced
Instructions:
Place the chops inside a container with cover. Combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, sherry, and garlic; mix thoroughly and pour onto the chops. Refrigerate, covered, for 4 to 24 hours. Take out the chops then save the marinade for basting.
Grill the chops, about 5-inches away from the heat; cook for 12 to 15 mins, turn once and baste frequently.
