Ham Stuffed Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

6 pcs of eggs (hard boiled)
3-4 Tbsps of mayonnaise
2 tsps of mustard (Dijon)
2-3 Tbsps of ham; minced finely
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)

Instructions:

Peel the eggs then slice into half. Get their yolks then mash them with mustard and mayonnaise. Add ham and stir thoroughly till combined well. Season salt & pepper.

Place back the mixture onto the egg whites. Cover them with a plastic wrapper. Place inside the refrigerator to chill for hours.
