Green Beans Almondine Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lbs of beans (green)
3 Tbsps of almonds; slice
4 Tbsps of butter
Pepper
Salt

Instructions:

Trim the beans diagonally. Steam them for 7-9 mins ’til tender but crisp.

In skillet placed over mid-heat, you melt the butter together w/ almonds. Let it cook for 1-2 mins ’til butter becomes browned & the almond’s aroma comes out.

Add the beans into skillet then toss well to evenly coat, then season as desired.
