Gluten Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of active dried yeast
3 & 1/2 c of vital-wheat gluten
1/2 c of oatflour
1/2 tsp of salt
2 c of warmed water
1/2 c of soyflour
1/2 c of wheatgerm
1 tsp of artificial sweetener (Splenda)
Instructions:
Pour water onto large bowl. You add the yeast then stir it to completely dissolve.
You combine soyflour, gluten, oatflour, salt, artificial sweetener & wheatgerm together. You add the dry components into yeast-mixture then beat well ’til smoothened.
You turn the dough into floured surface the knead dough thoroughly about 12 to 15 mins. Have it shaped into two loaves.
Transfer them into greased bread-pans then cover them w/ clean towel. Allow to set in draft-free warm area. Set aside ’til volume of dough is doubled.
Bake them in 375 degrees F for 45 mins. Have them removed from the pans then completely cool.
