Ginger Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

4 pcs of pork chops (America’s cut, large, 1.5-inch thick)
2 c of dry wine (white, or distilled vinegar)
1/2 c of onions (green); sliced
1/4 c of ginger (fresh); chopped finely
or
1 Tbsp of ginger (dry)
2 Tbsps of soy (sauce)
2 Tbsps of oil (sesame oil)
2 pcs of garlic cloves; minced

Instructions:

Combine wine, onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic cloves inside a Ziploc bag; add the pork chops and seal. Place inside the refrigerator; marinate for 2 to 24 hours. Discard the marinade and grill the chops above (indirect) heat for 8 mins, covered. Turn then cook for 6 to 7 more mins till cooked through.
