Garlic-Ginger Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients;
4 pcs of pork chops
1/4 c of Hoisin
2 tsps of oil (olive oil)
1/4 c of water
2 Tbsps of soy (sauce)
2 Tbsps of ginger root; grated
2 pcs of garlic cloves; crushed or minced
1/4 tsp of onion (powder)
1/16 tsp of hot sauce (Tabasco, pepper)
Instructions:
Heat the oil on a skillet above moderately high heat then cook the chops for four mins per side till browned. Take skillet out from the heat. Mix Hoisin, soy, water, garlic, ginger, hot sauce, and powdered onion; add onto the skillet and cover. Let it simmer above moderately low heat, at about 20 mins.
