Fried Deviled Egg Recipe


Fried Deviled Egg Recipe

Ingredients:

6 pcs of eggs (hard boiled); peeled
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1 tsp of tarragon (or apple cider vinegar)
1/2 c of breadcrumbs (low carb)
1 Tbsp of mayonnaise (sugar free)
1 pc of beaten egg
1/2 c of lard (or ghee)

Instructions:

Cut the eggs into half then remove the yolks; place inside a bowl and mash. Season vinegar, salt, and pepper then add the mayonnaise; mix thoroughly. Place the filling on the whites then level them off. Carefully dip the eggs onto the crumbs, then to the (beaten) egg, then to the crumbs again.

Heat the lard inside a skillet above moderately high heat. Cook the coated egg, with yolk side facing down; fry till browned, turning once. Drain them onto paper towel(s) then serve at once.
