Eggs Florentine Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of Cottage cheese (creamed)
1 pkg of spinach (frozen); chopped
1/4 lb of butter (unsalted)
6 pcs of eggs (large)
1/2 lb of grated cheese (Swiss)
1/2 lb of cheese (Feta)
1/16 tsp of nutmeg (ground)
1/16 tsp of hot sauce (Tabasco, pepper)
Instructions:
Beat the eggs then add the butter along with the cheeses; mix thoroughly. Cook the spinach then drain; add onto the egg mixture along with hot sauce and nutmeg. Pour onto a greased 3-qt baking glass dish. Bake inside the oven at 350 degrees F for forty mins. Cut to squares.
