Deep Dish Quiche Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pkg of cream cheese (4 oz)
4 pcs of eggs (large)
1/3 c of cream (heavy)
1/4 c of freshly grated cheese (Parmesan)
1 Tbsp of chives
1/2 tsp of seasoning (Italian)
2 c of mixed cheeses (Italian)
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 c of low carb tomato-based sugar free sauce (Newman’s Sockarooni, Lowcarbolicious pizza)

For the Toppings:
Olives (black)
Pepperoni
Mushrooms; sliced
Bell peppers (green); chopped
Onion; chopped
Bacon or ham bits
Ground turkey or beef (browned and seasoned); drained well

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. Spray PAM on a 9-inch baking glass dish. Sprinkle two cups of any preferred mixed (Italian) cheese onto the dish. Combine eggs and cream cheese; beat thoroughly then add Parmesan and cream. Mix thoroughly then pour onto the dish.

Bake inside preheated oven for half an hour. Take out from the oven then let it stand, about 5 mins. Spread the sauce and sprinkle a cup of Mozzarella then add toppings of your choice. Bake again till browned and bubbly.

Let it stand, about 10 to 15 mins then serve.
