Decadent Low-Carb Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of almonds; chopped
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1/2 c of nuts (Macadamia); chopped
2 c of coconut (fresh); shredded
3 Tbsps of sweetener (Splenda)
1/2 c of butter
1 tsp of salt
1 pc of egg
Instructions:
Combine the nuts and coconut inside the processor; process till powdery. Melt the butter and add onto the processed mixture along with salt and sweetener; mix them well. Let it cool for a while; add the egg then mix them well.
Mold the dough into two 9-inch pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees F till golden brown. Allow to cool before using.
