Cinnamon Hot Cereal Recipe

Ingredients:

3 Tbsps of flax seed meal
2/3 c of water
1 Tbsp of butter (unsalted)
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/16 tsp of salt
Sweetener (Splenda, to taste)
1/4 c of chilled cream (heavy)
3 Tbsps of protein powder (vanilla)

Instructions:

Combine flax meal, protein powder, water, and salt; mix thoroughly till smooth. Cook inside the microwave for 2 mins. Top it with the butter, splenda, cream, and cinnamon.
