Cheesy Mexican Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/2 tsp of cayenne powder
1 can of diced green-chilies
Paprika
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (red)
1/2 tsp of garlic seasoning
1 Tbsp of butter
1 c of shredded cheese (Monterey Jack)
4 chicken-breast halves; boned & skinned
Instructions:
Combine the pepper, cayenne & garlic powder. Sprinkle these seasoning all over the chicken evenly.
Have butter melted in large-sized skillet placed over mid-heat. Add meat then cook it for 2-3 mins on every side ’til golden-browned.
Remove chicken pieces from the heat then evenly top w/ cheese & chilies. Cover & stand for 2-3 mins ’til cheese will melt. Season w/ paprika as desired.
