Cheddar Cheese Crackers Recipe 2
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
16 Tbsps of softened butter
1/2 c of sweetener (Splenda)
3 c of flour (soy)
Instructions:
Combine butter and cheese; add sweetener and flour. Shape mixture to a log and place inside the refrigerator for several hours. Preheat the oven (375 degrees F).
Cut the log into very thin slices. Arrange them on greased baking sheets. Bake inside preheated oven for 10 mins.
