Cheddar Cheese Crackers Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 pound of grated cheese (extra sharp, Cheddar)
1/2 c of butter (cold); cut to small bits
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire
1/16 teaspoon of salt
2 Tablespoon of flour (gluten)
2 ounces of flour (oat)
2 ounces of flour (soy)
Instructions:
Combine the flours and set on the side. Combine Worcestershire, cheese, salt, cayenne, and butter inside the processor; process till smooth then add just enough amount of flour till it forms into smooth ball. Form dough to a foot-long log; wrap it tightly then place inside the refrigerator for long hrs.
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F then grease some cooking sheets. Cut the log into 1/4-inch slices then arrange the onto prepared sheets, about 1.5-inches apart. Bake them for 5 mins and let them cool.
