Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 packs of cauliflower (frozen, 10 oz); cooked and drained
1/8 tsp of blackpepper
1 tsp of butter
Paprika
1 tsp granules of low-sodium boullion (chicken)
1 Tbsp of minced flaked onions
2 Tbsps of cream
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the cooked cauliflower w/ the rest of the ingredients excluding the cream in your processor. Pulse ’til blended well. Add cream gradually when necessary ’til desired consistency is achieved.
Grease a 1 & 1/2-qts bake pan then pour in the mixture. Have it sprinkled w/ paprika. Bake it for 20 mins ’til heated thoroughly.
