Low Carb Hot Breakfast Cereal Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of powdered egg white (Just Whites)
1 tsp of xanthan gum
2 Tbsps of bran (wheat)
1-1/4 c of water (warm)
2 pks of sweetener (Splenda)
1/.16 tsp of ground cinnamon
Cream (heavy, very cold)
Instructions:
Combine powdered egg white, xanthan gum, bran, cinnamon, and sweetener inside a mixing bowl; stir thoroughly. Slowly add in water, while whisking continuously. Place inside the microwave for 2 mins at high setting; stirring once halfway during the cooking. Add enough amount of heavy cream if preferred.
