Chinese Oven Fried Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of beaten egg
3 Tsps of soy sauce (low sodium)
1/3 Tbsp of water
1/16 tsp of ginger (ground)
1/2 tsp of garlic (powder)
4 pcs of pork chops (lean, well trimmed)
1/2 c of crushed rinds (pork)
Instructions:
Spray a non-fat (cooking) spray onto a jellyroll pan. Combine the soy sauce, egg, ginger, garlic, and water on a pie dish. Dip the chops onto the mixture of egg; roll onto crumbs. Place them on the coated pan, in one layer.
Bake inside the oven at 350 degrees F for half an hour. Turn then bake again for another 20 mins.
