Bavarian Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of butter (unsalted)
4 pieces of pork chops (large,1-1/2 inches thick)
2 Tablespoons of flour (soy)
4 ounces of sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
8 ounces of beer (at room temperature)
Instructions:
Melt the butter on a non-stick skillet above medium-high heat. Slightly flour the pork then saute for 2 to 3 mins till browned each side. Transfer the chops onto a warm platter.
Saute the thyme and mushrooms on the skillet for a min. Place back the pork then add the beer; let it boil. Once boiling, let it simmer for 12 to 15 mins, covered, till cooked through.
