Lemon Spare Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lbs of spare ribs (pork); chopped to 3-inch lengths
Salt
Pepper (white)
6 Tbsps of vinegar (malt)
4 tsps of sugar (brown)
1 Tbsp of granular sweetener (Splenda)
1-1/2 tsps of soy (sauce, dark)
1/2 tsp of lemon rind, grated
1/2 c of pre-made lemonade (Keto)
Instructions:
Season salt & pepper on the ribs. Combine sugar, vinegar, seasoning, half teaspoon of salt, quarter teaspoon of pepper, lemon rind, lemonade, and soy; mix thoroughly and add onto the seasoned ribs. Marinate them for long hrs.
Dip ribs onto (beaten) egg and coat with the soy flour. Place oil on an iron-cast wok till heated at 320 degrees F; deep-fry ribs for two mins, by batches, till cooked well and brown. Drain and serve at once.
