Squash Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound of squash (yellow)
1/2 c of onion; chopped
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1/2 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1/4 c of butter
1/2 c of mayonnaise
1/4 c of chopped bellpepper
1 egg (large)
1/2 c of pimiento; chopped
Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Slice the squash then boil ’til tender. Let it drain well then add the butter & mash.
You preheat the oven into 350 degrees F. Grease the dish w/ butter. You spoon the squash right into the dish’s bottom.

Mix rest of ingredients in another bowl excluding Parmesan. Spread this mixture all over layer of squash then top w/ Parmesan.
Have it baked w/o cover for 40 mins.
