Spinach Cheese Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
16 ounces of spinach (frozen, chopped); thawed
1 can of soup (cream of celery)
4 ounces of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of horseradish (or horseradish mustard)
1 teaspoon of sweetener (Splenda)
3 Tablespoons of vinegar (red wine)
3 pieces of beaten eggs
12 ounces of grated cheese (Cheddar)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cooking Spray (vegetable)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Combine spinach, mayonnaise, and soup inside a mixing bowl then mix thoroughly. Add sweetener, horseradish, vinegar, cheese, and eggs; mix thoroughly. Season salt & pepper.
Coat a 9-inch baking dish using a vegetable (cooking) spray. Transfer the mixture onto the dish. Bake inside preheated oven for an hr.
