Caribbean Pork Chop Grill Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of pork chops (large)
1 pc of onion (red, large); sliced
1/2 tsp of cayenne
3/4 c of juice (lime)
Instructions:
Arrange the pork on a (non-reactive) dish, in one layer. Combine onion, cayenne, and lime juice; mix thoroughly then pour onto the pork. Turn the pork till coated evenly. Refrigerate the marinate, covered, for three hrs.
Grill the chops above moderately hot coals for 15 to 18 mins, turn once halfway through cooking. Heat the marinade till it boils and serve it with the grilled chops.
