Pizza Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of eggs (large); at room temperature; separated
4 Tbsps of small cheese curd (Cottage cheese)
1-1/2 Tbsps of Bake Mix (Atkins)
2 Tbsps of flax seed meal
1/2 pk of sweetener (Splenda)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of cream-of-tartar
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 300 degrees F. Combine (flax) meal, salt, sweetener, Atkins mix, cheese curd, and egg yolks; stir thoroughly and crush cheese curd. Combine whites of egg and cream-of-tartar; whisk till peaks become stiff. Gently fold mixture of yolks onto white mixture.
Spray PAM on a (pizza) pan, without holes. Spoon mixture to coated pan; gently and carefully spread to even out. Bake inside preheated oven for fifty mins.
Take out from the oven. Increase heat to 375 degrees F. Let crust cool then flatter inner portion firmly making the outside rim puffed. Let crust cool through. Add desired toppings then bake inside the oven for twenty mins.
