Cream Cheese & Tomato Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of eggs (large)
1/4 c of cream
Pepper (black)
Salt
1/4 c of butter (unsalted)
6 oz of cream cheese; cut to cubes
2 pcs of whole tomatoes (fresh); peeled, seeded and chopped
Instructions:
Beat the eggs till light. Add the cream and beat thoroughly; season salt & pepper. Place the butter on a skillet above moderate heat. Once melted, add the eggs and cook. Spread cheese and tomatoes above then fold into half. Flip to cook other side.
