Atkin’s Revolution Rolls Recipe 1

Ingredients:

6 pcs of eggs (large, separated)
2 Tbsps of baking mix (Atkin’s)
1 tsp of Splenda
1/2 c of curd cheese (Cottage cheese)
1/3 c of cheese; shredded
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cream of tartar

Instructions:

Preheat oven (350 degrees F). Beat the whites of egg for half a min till slightly frothy. Add cream-of-tartar; beat vigorously till stiff.

Combine egg yolks, Splenda, Atkin’s baking mix, cheese curd, and salt inside another bowl then mix thoroughly. Add shredded cheese for a “cheesy” bread, if preferred. Add onto the mixture of whites and fold gently.

Drop mixture onto waxed paper then bake inside preheated oven till golden.
