Mexican Hamburger Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1-1/2 c of shredded cheese (Mozzarella)
8 oz of canned diced chilies (green)
2-1/4 oz of sliced olives (black, canned); drained
1 pc of onion (small); diced
1/2 c of mayonnaise
1-1/2 lbs of meat (hamburger)
6 pcs of eggs (beaten)
Instructions:
Combine the cheeses, chilies, olives, onion, and mayonnaise inside a bowl; mix thoroughly. Set on the side.
Cook the hamburger then drain and add the eggs until cooked though. Spray nonstick cooking spray on an 8-inch glass dish. Pour the hamburger with egg mixture and place sauce evenly above.
Bake inside the oven, 350 degrees F for 20 mins or till cheese has melted. Serve hot with Tabasco and (sour) cream if desired.
