Buttermilk Cornbread Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:

3 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1 Tbsp of parsley flakes
3 tsps of stock (chicken)
1/4 c of onion (dried); minced
1/2 c of celery (dried); minced
1 tsp of thyme
1 tsp of pepper (black)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sage
10 oz of canned stock (chicken)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Combine butter, three teaspoons stock, celery, and onions inside a saucepan. Saute till vegetables become translucent. Add canned stock then take out from the heat.

Toss dried (cornbread) cubes and wet mixture till coated evenly. Transfer on Pyrex dish then bake the stuffing, at about 8-10 mins till dry.
