Broiled Orange Chili Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 chicken-breast halves (boneless); w/ skin
1/4 c fresh juice of orange
1 Tbsp of powdered chili
1 clove garlic; pressed
Salt
Pepper
1 Tbsp of oil (Cannola)
1 tsp of orange zest; grated
1/4 tsp of cayenne-pepper
Instructions:
Season meat w/ pepper & salt.
In large-sized resealable plastic-bag, you mix the juice, zest, powdered chili, cayenne-pepper & garlic.
Add in the chicken pieces the toss well to evenly coat. Have it marinated for 6-8 hrs.
Once ready, position the broiler racks six inches from the source of heat. You broil the chicken for 12-15 mins, turn halfway cooking. Cook ’til desired doneness.
